I. SUBJECT

Art. 1. This Privacy Policy, referred to herein as “Privacy Policy”, is intended to regulate the data processing relationship between EUROCOUNT SERVICES EOOD, referred to herein as “Provider” for brevity, owner of the webpage https://eurocount.bg/, referred to herein as the “Webpage” for brevity, and each of the users, referred to herein as the “User(s)” for brevity, of the Webpage, with regard to the User’s use of the Webpage.

III. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Art. 3. (1) The Provider, through the Webpage, collects, stores, and processes Users’ personal data only with regard to its activity in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria.
(2) The User’s Personal data may be used for authentication and communication in case of inquiries or generated job applications, provision of advertising content adapted to the User’s interests, sending a Newsletter where the User has given his/her consent to receive it, statistical information on the usage of the Webpage, protection of information security of the Webpage, for accounting purposes with regard to usage of the Provider’s services, Enabling the provision of the Provider’s services.
(3) The Provider does not use or process personal data of the User which provides information on racial or ethnic origin, about his/her health, sex life, human genome of the User, having regard to political, religious, philosophical beliefs or involvement.
(4) The Provider takes measures to protect the User’s Personal data in accordance with the current legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria, including the Personal Data Protection Act.
Art. 4. The Webpage uses cookies, and their type, purposes, and conditions for their use are indicated in the Cookie Policy available at https://eurocount.bg/en/cookie-policy/, which the User agrees to by using the Webapge.
Art. 5. By using the Webpage, the User expressly agrees that the Provider has the right to process his/her personal data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions available at https://eurocount.bg/en/terms-and-conditions/
Art. 6. The Provider shall not disclose, sell, exchange or otherwise provide to third parties the information collected by the Webpage in the course of the User’s visits, except where this is required under the applicable law and/or by a respective body authorized by the law, but always in compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
